The latest update with Lindsey is that she is now six months pregnant and has been progressing along very very well. The baby is developing very well also. For we will need all your prayers this week and over the next few weeks and months as Lindsey will be heading down to Parris Island South Carolina to attend her Fiance's Graduation from Boot Camp. This is the first time that she has seen him since she has been pregnant. Both her and Steven got engaged right before he left for Boot Camp on September 11, 2006 and Lindsey came up pregnant after he left and he didn't find out that she was pregnant until November 2006. Noone wanted to tell him right away because he was undergoing so much with the training to be a United States Marine. We did let him know eventually and this will be the first time he has seen Lindsey since September 11th. He (Steven) will come home for ten days and then he will have to be under his recruiters beck and call for about two weeks and then he will be going back down to Parris Island for AIT. For he has been having a hard time through all of what he has had to endure but he says that he refuses to give up being a United States Marine. This has been very challenging over the last four and a half months wondering what Lindsey and Steven will end up doing throughout all of this and of course it's hard on me being Lindsey's Mom knowing her condition and the fear of knowing that one day she will have to stay on base where he may get stationed at. Wow! I am a mess throughout all of this, but my FAITH is so strong and I know that the LORD will protect him and her throughout all that they will have to endure, but being a parent....we all have our concerns. Please keep them in your prayers at this time and as they sit down this next week to make plans. I would greatly appreciate it. I love you all.

i'll be praying for you...we're going through similiar things...well,e xcept that its not MY daughter and shes not pregnant, but i think you now what i mean...i love her like she were my daughter thoguh. she's always been the most level headed of the kdis. but of course we all worry for her being away from home...and we pray that she DOESNT get pregnant for a few years.
anyway...just wanted to say we'll be praying for y'all! and for lindsay...safe flight, smooth remainder of pregnancy, and a smooth and safe delivery.[HEART][HEART][HEART]
Thank you so much for your comment and it's so nice to be able to have others that can relate. Lindsey left on Wednesday at 1:00 Pm and she wen't with Stevens Father and His Girlfriend....they drove and they arrived in Parris Island at 4:20 Am. Steven's graduation was Friday and everything wen't really well. They are now back here but they are extremely tired. Lindsey underwent a pretty rough seizure this morning but I believe it may have been brought on by lack of sleep. my husband oldest daughter is also dating someone serving...he's in the navy. shes going in a couple weeks to see him in jacksonville florida. then when e'll come home for a couple weeks and hopefully they'll get up here to see us. ther eis BIG suspicion that he's going to propse when she goes out to see him, so if that happens....well, yeah, another wedding to plan so i think they would for sure come for a visit.
