I took Lindsey in for her appointment at U of M yesterday and her Neurologist asked me if her OB doctor had mentioned to us or recommended the Vitamin K injection to us yet and I had done some research on it and I am wondering what insite any of you may have and knowing that Lindsey has seizures and is taking seizure medication along with pregnancy I am very concerned about this and the more knowledge the better. What I have read on this injection thus far is that it may cause early childhood cancer that can be linked to childhood leukemia. I have also heard that mother's that are on antiepileptic medications are more suseptible to needing the injection for them as well as the baby. What insite may you all have if you know anything about this injection?

Thanks so much.....as it has been on my mind for quite some time and not alot of people talking about it. I never heard of it until the last month or so and then her Neurologist aks me that question, so I did some research and it has me wondering. I will definately pray about it....thanks again hon.
